This exhilarating trek starts from Janglik village and progresses through Dayara Thach, Litham, and Dhunda campsites before coming to the Buran Ghati Pass. The amazing journey concludes at Barua village.
If you’re planning the Buran Ghat Trek, then you should do this in the pre-monsoon season of April to June, and the post-monsoon season of September to October. These two seasons are apt as the weather during this period is comfortable, with not much snowfall or even rainfall. This surely provides all the trekkers to indulge and experience the natural beauty that the Himalayas have to offer.

Day 7 Manerang to Barua (2510 M), Onward to Shimla
Day 8 Buffer Day
One will be picked up in Shimla and then taken to the base camp. And from this base camp, the trek/hike will begin.
It will take around 9-11 hours to reach the village.
Lunch will be served at the manner to Diude. After passing numerous villages, one will reach Diude, where they may have their dinner at the campsite or guesthouse.
At the first phase of the trek, one may get to appreciate the whole web page of Diude and lots of different conventional villages. It’ll take around 4-5 hours to complete the path.
One may take rest and have a few refreshments.
With that, one will see numerous pine trees surrounding them. So, while relaxing, you could feel nature and feel refreshed
Your second day will end at Dayara Meadows.

One can be mesmerised by the beauty of Dayara meadows during the sunrise. And one will reach the destination in 3-4 hours.
After one begins their hike, they will come across many thick forests, meadows, and streams of water.
You will eventually be able to find the forest of Bhoj
And on the last day, you will arrive at your destination—Litham.
One will now have to travel in the direction of Chandranahan Lake after breakfast.
The trek towards Chandranahan Lake is beautiful.
Here, one can take pictures, stroll around, connect with the natural world, and learn about local customs.
One may even get the chance to see snow even in the summer.
Once you reach the lake, you can explore the area, have fun, and take some pictures.
One will head back to Lithum after spending some time by the lake.
This trek involves a downstream when you return, therefore it is crucial to keep your body balanced.
After that, you’ll arrive at Lithum, where you can have dinner and spend the night.
One will then set out on your hike from Lithium to Dhunda early in the morning. Reaching Dhunda (13,300 feet) will take around 2 to 2.5 hours.
One may enjoy the most breathtaking vista in all directions from Dhunda. White and grey mountains can be seen.
This location, encircled by snow-capped mountains, is where one will camp. Remember to include extra warm clothing pairs.
DAY 6: Dhunda to Munirang via Buran Ghati Pass(3,600 m or 11,800 ft via 4,550 m or 15,000 ft)
The hike could take ten to eleven hours (difficult ascent and descent).
To get to the base, you’ll need to cross Dhunda and then go across a few boulders and a moraine. You will now be gently rising to the peak after arriving at the base.
There will be snow, so exercise caution when ascending. Climbing Buran Ghati, which is at a height of 15,000 feet, is an extremely exhilarating experience.
The Buran Ghati will then need to be passed; however, you will have to descend from the opposite side, which is rather steep.
When you are descending, you must use extreme caution. After that, you will arrive at the pass’s base.
On this final day of your journey, you will be traveling in the direction of Barua Village. The Barua Village’s expertise is vegetation. Compared to the earlier treks, this one is even more breathtaking.
The descent will be enjoyable. One will eventually come upon a trickle of water that combines with Barua Khud.
One will be astounded to witness apple orchards, which are definitely captivating.
Once you cross the bridge after some time, the trip to Shimla will begin. You will arrive in Shimla between 10 and 11 p.m.
